Ownership, Copyright, Intellectual Property Rights

1.DRL Load-link Ltd is a Company registered in England and any disputes shall be subject to English Law prevailing at the time of the dispute.
2.The content, design and concept incorporated in the www.load-link.com web-site is copyright and is the property of DRL Load-Link Ltd.
3.All intellectual property rights associated with the aforementioned web-site, designs, databases, and so on are vested in DRL Load-Link Ltd.


Site Usage

4.Only registered users shall be permitted to add details of vehicle availability of loads to the site. Any non-registered persons found to be adding details using a code allocated to a registered user shall be liable to prosecution.
5.Registered users found to be adding details of vehicles and/or loads which either do not exist or are added with the perceived purpose of sabotaging the functionality of the site and the search facilities, shall have their access initially suspended, pending further investigation, and possibly terminated. In this instance, any subscriptions paid shall be forfeit, and charges to the date of suspension or termination shall be due.
6.DRL Load-Link Ltd. reserves the right to suspend or terminate access without notice if, in the opinion of DRL-Load-Link Ltd., any infringement of any aspect covered in these Terms & Conditions is found.
Charges and Payment

7.Charges shall variously consist of subscriptions. The levels of these charges shall be posted on the site and shall be available to registered users in writing upon request.
8.Charges will be as published on the web site and any change in charges will be advised to registered users in advance of their implementation.
9.Payment terms are generally ;

Paid annually in advance of full registered access
10.Non-payment may result in suspension and/or termination of the user access. In the event of termination, subscription fees shall be forfeit.


Disclaimers

11.Whilst every effort is made to ensure that users are posting correct details, DRL Load-Link Ltd. shall not be liable for the accuracy or detail of any entry made.
12.Any contract arranged between a transport provider and a transport user as a result of the contact initiated by the site shall be between those parties and DRL Load-Link Ltd will not be liable in the event that either party breaches their agreement.
13.DRL Load-Link Ltd. shall not be liable in the event of any dispute between a transport provider and a transport user regardless of the reason for that dispute.
14.Users are reminded therefore that appropriate credit checks, quality checks, load checks, insurance, damage, licensing, authorisations etc. should be validated at all times, as DRL Load-Link Ltd. shall not be liable for loss in any of these or other unspecified instances.
